Hello! I'm Aditya 👋
I like to tinker with things, especially software. I like to take them apart and build them from scratch. I have worked on various software projects, some of which are accessible online. My portfolio is mostly full-stack web applications, robotics, and machine learning.
Work Experience
- NYU Agile Robotics And Perception Lab: I was responsible for creating and maintaining Docker/Singularity images for for the lab's pipeline on various platforms. Later, I conducted research on multi-robot collaboration problems.
- NYU Building Informatics and Visualization Lab: Initially, I was involved in data annotation work, but eventually I worked on fine tuning SAM for segmenting defects on facade images and also trained DCGAN from scratch. Won 3rd Place Prize in NYU Tandon Research Excellence Exhibit 2024.
- MindsDB: I integrated eight services with the platform including Pinecone and PyCaret during Hacktoberfest.
- Central Road Research Insitute of India: I designed and built two Docker-compatible CRUD applications using FastAPI, React, Flask, Nginx, and PostgreSQL. The applications involved geographical data processing, data ingestion, and report generation.
- Purdue University: I was an undergraduate teaching assistant for CS-252 Systems Programming course involving programming low level utilities like shell and malloc in C. I conducted labs, held office hours and graded students.
- Cummins: I developed a microservice in AWS Lambda and DynamoDB along with developer SDK in Java for internal use. Won 3rd Place Prize with a team of 4 other members for an intern hackathon to integrate DevSecOps into company’s workflow. My work involved writing the policy document.
